Dealership-Cash Prize Program

1. Program Overview:The "Dealership Cash" program (the "Program") is a prize reward initiative designed to support and incentivize participants in select racing events. Eligible winners will receive a credit, redeemable for specific products and services, at participating motorcycle dealerships.

2. Eligibility for Payout:Dealership Cash credits will be awarded to participants who achieve a finishing position of first (1st), second (2nd), or third (3rd) in designated Program-eligible races.

3. Redemption Process:

• Credit Type: Winners will receive a credit, not cash, at a local motorcycle dealership (the "Dealership") of their choice.
• Eligible Purchases: The credit is solely for the purchase of motocross or street motorcycles, motocross parts, or accessories.
• Certificate Issuance: Winners will be issued a certificate with a unique serial number. This certificate will serve as proof of their awarded credit and is redeemable at participating Dealerships.
• Dealership Participation: Winners may select any local motorcycle dealership to redeem their credit, provided that dealership agrees to participate in the Dealership Cash Program. Should a selected Dealership decline to participate, the winner may choose an alternative Dealership that agrees to participate.
• No Cash Back: Under no circumstances will any portion of the Dealership Cash credit be disbursed as cash to the winner by the Dealership or the Promoter. Receiving cash back from any participating Dealership or the Program will result in a change in the racer's status with the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) and the forfeiture of any current and future Dealership Cash awards. The winner expressly agrees not to receive cash back.
• Taxes: All applicable taxes on purchases made using Dealership Cash credits are the sole responsibility of the winner and must be paid directly to the Dealership at the time of purchase.

4. Credit Expiration:Dealership Cash program funds are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issuance of the certificate. Any unspent funds after this one-year period will be forfeited by the winner and returned to the Promoter.

5. Participation in Multiple Events:Participants are permitted to compete and earn Dealership Cash credits in an unlimited number of Dealership Cash-eligible events.

6. Protest Procedures:In the event of a protest concerning race results that impact eligibility for Dealership Cash, the transfer of any associated credit to a participant will be paused. The payment transfer will remain on hold until a final determination has been made by an authorized event official.

7. Program Administration:The Dealership Cash Program is administered by the Promoter, who reserves the right to modify these rules at any time with prior notice. All decisions by the Promoter regarding the Program are final.
