The Everglades Cup, Florida's exclusive premier motocross event. At its heart lies the coveted Championship Ring, Award Cup and #1 Championship plate. Across the United States, this prestigious title of the Ring Holder is a symbol of excellence and achievement. These distinctive plates grant riders recognition and prestige throughout the year at many events.
All gate picks are determined by your qualifying time at the Qualifier events and your finish position at those events, determine the gate picks for the Championship.
Example: Gate picks at the Qualifying events are chosen from the riders with the fastest lap time.
Gate picks at the Championship are determined by finishing order at the Qualifiers; First place at the first Qualifier event gets pick #1, first place at the second Qualifier event gets pick #2, and so-on.
Second place at the first Qualifier event, gets pick #6, second place at the second Qualifier event gets pick #7, etc.
Racers at the Championship who have placed first in an area qualifier, must ride with a red front plate. Each rider will get announced with a three sentence bio that will be read by the announcer, prior to taking their place at the gate before the first moto.
