We Encourage Burnouts!

Ah, the Everglades Cup. A refreshing departure from those other events, the ones with all the... rules. While some might get a little "upset" over a celebratory burnout on the podium, we merely suggest it as a strong indicator of Championship-level enthusiasm. What better way to properly commemorate your victory!! So, while a burnout on their precious podium might earn you an early exit elsewhere, here it's practically a post-victory tradition we haven't officially mandated!! Lets RACE!

The Everglades Cup underscores Floridas deep commitment to Motocross and holds profound significance, especially given Florida's status as a gateway market to the rest of the country.

  • At the Everglades Cup, you must qualify for the race class you're in so the competition is much more rewarding!

Whatever class you race at Loretta's, you race that same class in the Everglades Cup. If you are significantly slower, you may be moved DOWN a class at Everglades Cup, not up. This is for your safety and the safety of other riders.

Many national riders pursue a spot at Loretta's and at Everglades Cup. Some make it to Nationals and some do not. Either way, this race is not an alternative to Loretta's, it is in addition to Loretta's.  At Lorettas, nearly 20,000 racers attempt to qualify in 36 classes for the 1,512 available positions at Loretta's. There are 18,488 riders who do not make it to Nationals and have nothing challenging to pursue. In addition to being one of the most sought after awards in Motocross, (the Championship Ring) the Everglades Cup will not interfere with any Loretta's event and will fill that spot in the time-frame left open in the National schedule. The Everglades Cup is not tied to the National series and holds its own set of Supplemental Rules.
